A container is a sealed box for most of its journey, so almost every cargo claim turns on what can be proved about the two moments it was open. Supervised stuffing and unstuffing is how that becomes provable.
We supervise and carry out stuffing and unstuffing of dry and refrigerated containers, checking container condition and cleanliness before loading, verifying the count, overseeing packing and securing, and recording seal numbers at closing. For reefers we verify the set point, confirm the unit is running and record pre-trip and pre-loading temperatures.
For temperature-sensitive cargo the sequence matters as much as the temperature: a correctly set container stuffed with cargo already outside its range arrives out of specification and nothing in the reefer log will explain why.
